How long does delivery take?
Delivery in Beirut 48 hours. Estimated 2-4 days elsewhere. You’ll receive tracking updates after your order is confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Lebanon. You can pay in cash when your order arrives.

1. Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be submitted within maximum 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

3. Non-Exchangeable Products

Eligible products may be exchanged within 3 days of receiving the order, subject to our exchange policy and conditions.
